Nick's career has spanned 10+ years across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK: leveraging his early career learnings as an agent in a contact centre, he pivoted to the world of accounting and big data before landing at Zendesk. The combination of these experiences has left him with a unique perspective on all things CX, AI, and the New Zealand market's quirks!
